AI conversation Designer (NR or FR)

We are looking for an AI Conversation Designer NL or FR to join one of our clients' teams.

What are your responsibilities?

• Design, write, and optimize conversational flows for a digital assistant (intents, prompts, dialogue scenarios, training phrases).
• Translate complex processes into clear, natural, and user-friendly conversational experiences.
• Ensure conversations follow a consistent tone of voice and provide a helpful, human-like interaction.
• Conduct user research and usability testing on conversations and analyze interaction data to improve performance.
• Set up and monitor A/B tests to continuously optimize dialogue flows.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, analysts, developers, AI specialists, and business teams.
• Contribute to improving AI models by working closely with technical teams and providing conversation insights.
• Ensure consistency of the conversational experience across digital touchpoints and promote best practices in experience design.

What are your qualities?

• Proven experience in conversational design, UX writing, UX design, or a similar role.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, empathetic, and user-friendly dialogue.
• Ability to translate complex processes into simple and intuitive conversation flows.
• Understanding of AI-driven products, conversational interfaces, and basic NLU/NLP principles.
• Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve user interactions.
• Creative, structured, and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, and comfortable working in English.
